Calling for Congressional Investigation

Considering oil prices had already fallen over 16% in the two weeks prior to the release of oil from the strategic petroleum reserve, Congress should find out who knew about this release in advance of it happening and how they knew. Key people who were "in the know" have made a fortune off of this. That doesn't even include today's slide of several more percent.

Didn't King Barry say just a few months ago that he would not be releasing oil from the SPR? This oil release is nothing more than a coordinated, world-wide effort to manipulate the price of oil. Be scared. Be very scared.

Hollywood Idiot of the Day

I don't spend a lot of time with celebutards, but Brad Pitt is worthy of today's Idiot of the Day honors. He apparently things the death penalty would be a good idea for those responsible for the gulf oil spill.

Want cheap gas?

Here is a novel idea - get government out of the way and let the free market handle it. The CEO of Shell Oil recently tried to explain that to our idiotic government officials, but they did not want to hear it, preferring instead to suggest nationalizing the oil industry (of course, Maxine Waters lacks the intelligence to even understand what it is called). Sign this petition for cheap gas today, and hope that it will make a difference to our government. Drilling domestically is a good solution to this problem until alternatives can be developed. I know it will work, you know it will work and the government knows it will work. They just don't want to give up the power that comes with their control over the people's land and resources.
