Anyone suing the makers of Mobic?

I guess it is just a matter of time before some money-grubber decides it is time to file a class action lawsuit against the makers of Mobic. My understanding is that a lot of Vioxx users were put on Mobic after Vioxx was pulled from the market. Until there is tort reform, people will still be able to make money from suing manufacturers who generally make life better. My grandmother takes Mobic and she would probably go nuts if she couldn't get it anymore. Until we see real tort reform, I suppose the owners of these domains will make out quite nicely when the lawsuits begin:

Or maybe some lawyer already owns them and is just waiting for the "right time" to use them.
Here's a similar one that is also apparently for sale for a drug called Zicam:

It looks to be some kind of cold and flu drug. Yesterday I read that some companies are still dealing with phenphen lawsuits. When will it ever end? Maybe Harold Ford or Bob Corker will add that to their respective platforms. Here's an idea: adopt a "loser pays" rule. That probably would not stop the class actions but it might make a dent in a lot of the other cases. I think it should especially be adopted in criminal cases.
