ABC Stores

Maybe if Mike McWherter gets elected to the Tennessee governorship, he can buy Virginia's ABC stores for the State of Tennessee. After all, his primary qualification for being governor appears to be running a beer distributorship.

Yes, I know it is a bad joke. In all seriousness, Virginia should sell its ABC stores. The Commonwealth has no business being in business. It's time that states stopped depending on liquor, cigarettes and math-impaired lottery players for their survival.
