Vote "No" in Tennessee Judicial Retention "Election"

Bill Hobbs reports that lawyer and Republican Dewayne Bunch suggests that Tennesseeans vote "no" in this year's judicial retention vote. Tennesseans should be given a choice with respect to its judges. Our state constitution requires an election, not a retention vote. Democrats claim that they want the people's voice to be heard, but they are on the forefront of making sure that special interest control the judiciary. You poor, ignorant saps are too stupid to pick a judge. Better leave that to the professionals. Or better yet, vote "no" on the retention vote and make a statement about the "Tennessee Plan."
