Yet Another Due Process Violation

Imagine this scenario - one day you get called from a collections firm saying you owe several hundred dollars in fines. You are infuriated because you have no idea what they are talking about. As it turns out, a few years ago, you were driving through a town in another state and had your license plate photographed by a red-light camera. Without any notice to you, you were "tried" and convicted. This actually happened. Unbelievable.
